What do you get when a rabbi and a minister pray together? A wine festival of course.

The 29th annual Livermore Valley Havest Wine Celebration kicks off Thursday and the annual celebration of wine would not be complete without a blessing of the grapes.

Minister Steven Wilde and rabbi Rick Winer will bless the annual grape harvest to kick of the weekend's festivities.

More than 40 wineries will share their wines at the peak of harvest season through Monday.

There will be activities for non wine drinkers as well. There will be cooking demonstrations, arts and craft events, food pairings, vineyard tours and more.
