Then there is some very good news for you, courtesy JetBlue.
The New York-based airline announced Tuesday a new daily non-stop San Jose to Boston flight.
It is the only non-stop flight between the two cities since United canceled its red-eye over a year ago.
But you won't be able to make it by Christmas -- this new connection is scheduled to begin mid-May.
The really good news? The starting fare is just $99 each way.
