Make Believe Puts the Petal to the Metal at Tedda Hughes

The Pink Flower Necklace available at Tedda Hughes

Resin roses meet chunky gold chain in the neckpieces and brooches of Sydney-based and Tokyo-influenced design duo Make Believe, whose work we hear is now exclusively available in the good ‘ole US of A at Russian Hill boutique Tedda Hughes.

At upwards of $250 a pop, these adornments aren’t cheap, but their intricate construction and 80’s rapper-meets-Harajuku Lolita ethos make us stop and stare – in a good way.

No shrinking violets here.
