"American Regional Cuisine" Goes Mobile in the City

As street food continues to go more and more legit in the City, another newcomer on the block sprung up this week.

The 51st State American Regional Cuisine food truck kicked the tires on its new operation Wednesday at Drumm and Washington streets in San Francisco, according to Grub Street.

The mobile kitchen's menu is being called a "metaphorical road trip bringing home some of America's most quintessential regional dishes" by its owners. We're not quite sure what that means.

If your in the neighborhood, it might be worth a try. To keep track of where they will be next, become a friend of the truck on Facebook, follow it on Twitter or visit its digital home.
