Rumors about additions to the Bay Area culinary scene are swirling.
Wednesday reports were the Food Network is scoping out a new home in wine country and today there is news that French super chef Joel Robuchon may be considering opening an outpost in San Francisco's Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
But like all good rumors there is an early denial. The hotel says there is no such deal (yet?).
The decorated Robuchon currently has restaurants in Paris, Las Vegas, New York City, Tokyo and about every other major city in the world, except San Francisco.
