It's not even Thanksgiving yet but that doesn't mean it's too early to start planning for New Year's.

One of the most popular restaurants in the cities has put out its plans to ring in the new year. And when a place is so crowded on a normal day that they have to push Steve Jobs aside, you know it's a good idea to start early.

Flour + Water will host its second annual "Night in Emilia-Romagna" dinner inspired by the culinary traditions of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.

The menu for the evening will be a five course prix-fixe meal for $80. The dinner is reservation only and first come, first served.

Emilia-Romagna is an affluent region in northern Italy that is known for its culinary tradition and being the home of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ducati.
