The rumor mill is churning regarding the next occupant of the soon-to-be-vacated Tsar Nicoulai space, with the loudest rumblings involving the first San Francisco retail shop for Sausalito's cult ceramic purveyor Heath.
Though the Ferry Building overlords remain mum on the matter, sources at Heath say that they're definitely opening a new location somewhere in the Ferry Building in March/April 2010, which would be their third retail location overall (there's one in LA too), so at this point, it looks like that's the early, unconfirmed odds-on favorite.
