San Francisco Celebrates Cocktails
NEW YORK - DECEMBER 05: A student at the New York Bartending School pours a Long Beach Iced Tea drink December 5, 2008 in New York City. Enrollment is up at the bartending school, especially in the last six months, as New York firms have been laying off workers, according to school director Tom Sisson. Students at the school absorb 40 hours of instruction in drink recipes, bar etiquette, and alchohol trivia before taking the final test: preparing 20 cocktails in less than six minutes under the watchful eyes of the instructor.
