This holiday season why not really get into the spirit of the season by having some of Santa's special helpers over to dinner.

Make sure to leave the kids at home when you go shopping for that perfect holiday meal and prepare to create a story as elaborate as Santa himself when asked what that intoxicating smell is.

Just in time for the holidays, Bi Rite Market in San Francisco is selling fresh reindeer meat.

You can take a bite out of little Rudolph's leg, shoulder or even or a tenderloin cut. The store is also taking special requests but red noses and antlers are not on the menu.

What does reindeer meat taste like you wonder? UrbanDaddy says "you can expect it to taste like a leaner, mineral-rich alternative to pork and beef."

So stock up on your Reindeer Root Beer and get your speciality Rudolph cuts and start a all new holiday tradition.
