Shocker: San Francisco homeowners are more concerned than other city residents with greening not only their abodes but their sales. Two-thirds of SF residents in a recent Better Homes and Gardens survey said it would be "important" to them to work with a "green agent," compared with half of other residents. That'll probably cost them, but they're ready: half of respondents said they'd be willing to fork over an extra $2,500 to green up. [Relistr]
