CitiApartments Wrist-Slapped With Fine

CitiApartments in San Francisco was fined for its transgressions.

CitiApartments and its many LLC spawn have been slapped by the court with a $50,000 sanction for "obfuscation, delay and meritless objections."

That's following a City suit against the company for its — at this point — pretty well documented history of tenant intimidation and allegedly unlawful evictions.

Of course, the sanction hardly compares to the almost $300K that the head Lembi personally racked up in bad checks while on a little Vegas getaway last fall. [SF Citizen, previously]
