Construction Update: The Gallery House

The scaffolding is down and The Gallery House stands revealed. Designed by Ogrydziak / Prillinger Architects, the South Park infill building will host a street-level art gallery and home for two art collectors. Looks nice...but where's the "parametric illustration of the Planning Code constraints that trigger the typical San Francisco bay window?" To put it another way - where's the cool screen shown in the renderings? Is this a case of value engineering or is there still a chance it's getting built off-site somewhere?
