Phase I of a new mixed-use compound is rising on the corner of Golden Gate and Larkin, an intersection that falls on the fringes of San Francisco's newest neighborhood, Little Saigon. Details are still scarce, but we know that ground-floor retail is on the way while the upper floors will be occupied by a dedicated parking structure. How glamorous. We're guessing Phase II will be built next door on the adjacent Golden Gate lot. Retail and housing, maybe? More parking? Patience, Little Saigon, patience. All will be revealed soon enough.
