Poor, lonesome Radiance Mission Bay. Only 30 or so of the 99 units in the project's first phase have closed. Sweating slowing sales, Bosa Development has placed the second phase of the project is on hold until two-thirds of the project is sold (it's already a year behind schedule to begin with.)
