Delta's Graveyard of Ships

The Delta is treasured by boaters, fishermen and recreational water users. It also delivers drinking water across the State. This is near the East Contra Costa town of Oakley. There is a state fund to pay for the cleanup of recreational boats, but not commercial ships. Now agencies are trying to change that.
