Newsom's opposition to Proposition H, the Clean Energy Act, is irking eco-activists who think Green Gavin is less eco-friendly and more straight-up jealous. The mayor certainly has been working overtime lately on his new green city visions, eating up the photo ops and papering the city with press releases about greening the Civic Center and introducing environmental community service in schools.
