Presidio Finally Gets Its Hospital-Apartments

Once controversial project set to launch this summer

The hospital-turned-luxury-apartments in San Francisco's Presidio are set to launch this summer — newly dubbed the Presidio Landmark.

A new website for the 154-unit apartment building -- that have floor plans at the ready ranging from junior 1-beds to 2-bedroom units -- has gone up. There are also seven new townhomes in the back.

The townhomes are three stories and three bedrooms, and have floorplans too. There are no photos of the place yet, but they "can't wait" to show us.

Looks like the Landmark will be decked out: high ceilings, restored marble walls, a doorman, in-house gym, yoga room ("Schedule Pilates or personal training sessions for you and a pal"), and a "lush courtyard" behind the building, where you can "slink into the kind waters of the hot tub."

The Presidio's shuttle will also be rerouted to pick up the apartments' pampered residents. Rents: TBD.
