Foreclosure numbers are higher than ever, and as we're heard ad nauseum, California has sustained one of the hardest hits— nationwide foreclosure filings are up 27 percent (!!!) since August 2007. However, that pace clocks in at a slower rate than previous months, a factoid that leads some analysts to believe that things are looking up. Sure. [ABC5]
