They may currently only hold the one rehabbed affordable housing development in Hunter's Point, but real estate investment trust Aimco is looking for new ways to move to our fair city. According to the company's VP, SF is a "a target market," despite our high price tag. But now that we're on the cheap, Aimco could swoop in and buy up as many properties as their fattened portfolios desire.
