Deets: In this town, $50,000 isn't much, but every little bit helps, right? So why another PriceChop for this 6 bedroom, 6,800 square foot mining mogul mansion less than a month after the last one? Is it the massive price tag? Or the massive potential construction nightmare next door at 2157? We're guessing both -- we wouldn't be surprised to see another incremental drop next month. Until then, 2151 continues to languish on the market, perhaps waiting for a deaf crown molding fanatic.
