Rendering Reveal Redux: Ingleside Library is, in Fact, Square

advertisement

http://www.fougeron.com/">Fougeron Architecture have updated their website with new renderings and a floor plan of the Ingleside Branch Library. No drastic changes here (and no sign of protesters), just some general refinement and few new images showing the interior and the courtyard. Very slick. Very nice. Very square. We especially like the use of wood on the interior and in rear exterior facade. It helps warm up what looks to be—at least in the renderings—an otherwise icy cool building. From what we've seen so far, this looks to be the design star of the Proposition D-funded Branch Library Improvement Program (BLIP). ETA: Sometime next year.
