The Cost of Going to Church

More than a year back, this former church across from Dolores Park went on the market and sold for $2.2 mil. Rumors and speculation were that it'd surely be turned into condos or mixed-use. Well, we know now that the builder had the intestinal fortitude to turn the 17,000 square foot house of God into a single house of man.
