"What's up with 55 Laguna?" So asked a reader, who also kindly pointed out that the development's website links to some derelict aggregate blog. The proposed mixed- use UC Berkeley Extension redevelopment -- 428 units, plus retail -- was tabled by the Board of Supervisors back in March, in response to an appeal effort spearheaded Peskin.
