The broad theme of the installations is "Have a Foodie Holiday." Four major tableaus feature The Bad Boys, such as Mario Batali and Bobby Flay; The Gals, from Lidia Bastianich to Rachael Ray; A Revolutionary Stew, for trailblazers like Jamie Oliver; and Miss Illy, an homage to illycafe.
