WARM VALLEY TEMPSÂ…WAITING ON THE FIRST RAIN OF FALLHigh pressure will temporarily keep things mild and dry into midday Wednesday before we see a pattern change to an increasing chance for some rain into Thursday.Valleys should see highs in the 80s and a few upper 80s could be possible around the South Bay and Tri-Valley, meanwhile onshore winds ought to keep coast and bay temps mainly in the 70s and 80s.Starting late Wednesday we should see some showers approaching the North Bay with rain moving south with a frontal passage around mid-morning Thursday. Rain totals will be highest in the North Bay and Santa Cruz mountains with rain coverage and intensity decreasing into Thursday evening. Lingering showers may be possible esp. near the hills for Friday before skies clear and temps climb into the weekend as high pressure begins building back in again.- Rob
