    Sacramento River At Fremont Weir.
    * At 4:15 PM Monday the stage was 35.6 feet.
    * Present overflow depth is about 3.6 FT then overflow depth at weir
    decreasing to 2.2 FT near Wednesday noon then overflow to remain
    near depth of 2.2 FT thru Wednesday afternoon.
    * Flood stage 39.5 ft
    * Monitor stage 32.0 ft
    * Impact...Near 33.1 feet, At one foot of overflow, the river road to
    Woodland is closed due to flooding.
    * Impact...Near 32.0 feet, Fremont Weir crest elevation. Overflow
    begins into the Yolo Bypass flooding agricultural lands.
