Drizzle Ending, Breezy Sunshine Returns - NBC Bay Area

Drizzle Ending, Breezy Sunshine Returns

A weak frontal system moved through the Bay Area overnight into this morning helping to add just enough lift to low level moisture to wring out some areas of drizzle and light rain. As this boundary slides SE of the Bay Area by mid-morning any stray light showers will end.Drier air funneled in by increasing WNW winds will finish the day with highs in the mid 50s to low 60s. Dry weather is expected to be the trend for the next week with gradually warming temps later in the week. Robust moisture will feed into the Pacific Northwest with heavy rain, wind and snow to our north but generally not dropping much further south than the far north coastline near the Cal/Oregon border.Enjoy your Satuday!
