Extreme Rainy Weather Shift & Jeff's Tracking Lightning

After dry sunny weather for most of February the pattern has flipped at least for now. A cold quick blast of rain returned producing anywhere from .25" to .50" of rain. Chief Meteorologist Jeff Ranieri is tracking the storm that even produced a rare California lightning strike.
