Dramatic Photos: Blizzard Hits Northeast and Mid-Atlantic

Jason Wulkowicz and his daughter Louisa Wulkwicz, age 5, go sledding in Central Park following the blizzard. A winter storm pounded the East Coast of the United States and delivered well over a foot of snow for New York City and New England while snarling post-Christmas travel.
