Abbey Fernández
Abbey Fernández is digital correspondent and producer for NBC Bay Area and Telemundo 48.
She hosts and produces NBC Bay Area's "Synced In" social media news show and other original digital content for both stations, including the series “Hey Abbey"—a behind-the-scenes look at stories by our Investigative Unit and Digital Team.
Abbey joined KNTV in 2018. She previously worked as a freelance reporter in SoCal for several years while attending college. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Hispanic Media.
She's a Texas native but has lived in California for many years and loves the Bay Area.
