“Curb Your Enthusiasm” Will Die Without Advance Warning

If you're loving the big hype around the final days and episodes of "Lost" -- enjoy it. You won't get the same thing out of "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

Creator and star Larry David says the show will one day simply cease to exist, but he won't give advance warning or tailor the episodes to fit around a grand finale.

"I'm not interested in closure," David said during a conference call last week.

He equated it to human death, which does not always have a dramatic hospital bed good-bye to loved ones.

"Sometimes people just have heart attacks and die," he said. "There's no closure."

As for whether the upcoming eighth season on HBO will be the final season or not, he said he doesn't know. David generally decides at the end of the season whether to sign up for another.

As for whether he's leaning towards making it the eighth final season of the spectacular show, David added, "I'm always leaning, there's never a time when I'm not leaning. I've been leaning since we started."

So enjoy every neurotic moment when the season starts. Further the TV Guide Network will begin airing all episodes June 2 which will include a celebrity panel discussing issues from the show hosted by series star Susie Essman.
