Trouble for Muggles: Top Secret “Harry Potter” Script Left in Pub

Warner Bros has launched an investigation to look into how a highly secretive script for the latest Harry Potter installment was left in a pub near the studios.

The embarrassing miscue was picked up by the notorious tabloid newspaper "The Sun," which was presented with the lost script for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."

The script, marked "Private and Confidential," was spotted under one of the tables of the Waterside Tavern.

Naturally the Sun newspaper made nothing private about it, featuring pictures of its reporter reading the top secret missive and showing close-ups of the scripts (with the words blurred to prevent reading).

The script was apparently left out after a "major drinking session" involving members of the Potter crew, filming in a studio nearby. Somewhere, former "Harry Potter" star and hell-raiser Richard Harris is having a smile about this one.

The script shows that Warner Bros have split the final Potter story into two parts (which is not exactly an industry secret). The first film is due for release in November. Part two will follow in July next year. The tabloid noted there were other "dramatic changes from the book."

But they vowed to keep them a secret "so as to not spoil fans enjoyment."
