Google Adds Voice Calls to Google+ Hangouts

Google is doing whatever it can to make Google+ more attractive to users of social networks.

The Mountain View-based search company is now offering free voice calls within Google+ hangouts.

The feature will allow users of the social network's built-in video calling service to be able to channel in a land line users into the conversation.

Users will be able to call landlines in both the United States and Canada. To make a call, users simply need to start a Hangout and then click the invite button and type in the landline number on the provided dial pad.

Users can also make international calls if they like but they will need a Google Voice account and pay for international credit.
