Silly Puffer Jacket iPad Sleeve Can Probably Survive a Snowstorm

Bagged yourself a shiny new iPad 2? White or black? Oh, it doesn't matter because Apple's updated tablet is thin and fragile. It doesn't help that those official Smart Covers protect zilch, save for the screen. These winter puffer jacket sleeves? Guaranteed to withstand the cold.

iSkin's Summit iPad sleeve is proof that Apple's gadgets require their own fashion statements. In what can only be the antithesis of the iPad's slim design, the Summit's premium Italian nylon can probably shield any iPad from the frigidness of Winter. The sleeve is light, it's puffy and it's shiny. It looks like a puffer jacket that I'm too embarrassed to wear. The Summit will bulk your iPad by a few inches, but at least your iPad will be protected on all sides.

Apple's charging $70 for the leather version of the Smart Cover. Compared to the Summit's $95, the Smart Cover looks like cheap stuff. If price is of no significance to you, then click on over to add this "Space-Age Sexy" case to your cart.
