The Aging Services Collaborative of Santa Clara County will be the host for the 2019 Caregivers Count Conference. With family caregivers spending an average of 24.4 hours per week providing care, the Caregivers Count Conference is an annual event designed to support families and friends caring for their loved ones.
The conference features professional speakers covering wide ranging topics to support caregivers. Over 20 vendors and nonprofit organizations will also be onsite to provide valuable information about local resources in the community that are available to caregivers.
The conference fee is $15 per person and it includes admission & lunch. Respite care may also be available for caregivers who want to attend but need help caring for their loved one.
