2019 Fremont Burger and Brew Fest

Fremont, CA – Celebrating California’s status as the birthplace of the American craftbrew movement, the Fifth Annual Fremont Burger & Brew Fest returns to Downtown Fremont on Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 25 from 11 am to 5:00 pm. The day-long festival will feature sampling from some of the Bay Area’s favorite craft breweries, mouthwatering burgers and sliders, gourmet snack vendors, art and craft merchants, live entertainment and local business booths. The popular burger cooking competition The Burger Throwdown returns this year to pit local celebrity teams against each other with the challenge of creating the best mouthwatering burger. The winning team will receive a $250 donation to the charity of their choice. The Burger and Brew Fest will take place on Liberty Street between Capitol Ave. & Paseo Padre Parkway in downtown Fremont.
The festival will also features the Gourmet Marketplace offering delicious snacks and treats, while the Business Marketplace will have local business booths offering special deals and giveaways. Street vendors will offer face painting, henna, and more. 
Attendance is free and open to the public. Tickets can be purchased online and at the event. A single ticket includes one 4 oz. branded tasting glass and one wristband. A wristband is needed for every pour. Tickets can be purchased online, in advance, for $35 at Burgerandbrewfest.com. Prices will increase to $40 at the event.
To date, Bay Area breweries that will be pouring at the 2019 Burger & Brew Fest include, Drake’s Brewing, Hidden Stars Orchards, JP Das Brew, Palmia and Promise Land with new breweries and craft beers being added each week. Participating food trucks, vendors and live music line-up will be announced soon.
