Join Sandra J Wing Healing Therapies Foundation for a beautiful day on the links for the 2nd Annual Swing for Cancer Therapies Golf Tournament. The event will feature plenty of activities and prizes for a fun-filled afternoon. NBC Bay Area's Jessica Aguirre will be the emcee for the event. The event raises money for the foundation.
The mission of the Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation is to provide cancer patients, during their treatment period, with financial assistance for complementary healing services.
Though there are many hundreds of healing therapies and wonderful treatment options, the Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation focuses on the 5 therapies that its Founder experienced during her cancer journey. They are: Acupuncture, Acupressure, Therapeutic Massage, Guided/Visual Imagery, and Deep Breathing Meditation. These have been proven to be therapeutically beneficial in many scientific studies. These healing therapies can provide relief for neuropathy, anxiety, stress, aches, fatigue, nausea and pain.
The foundation is a 100% all volunteer organization. It is established for cancer patients in the Tri-Valley region of the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.
