Cochon 555 Culinary Competition

Calling all food lovers! Cochon 555, the country’s most talked about culinary competition is returning to San Francisco on April 12, 2015. This culinary competition celebrates family farms, heritage breed pigs and today’s emerging chef community by bringing you five top chefs who will prepare up to 6 dishes each using locally-raised whole heritage breed pigs with endless wine, brews, and spirits.  The five chefs are champions of whole hog utilization and are hoping to win votes from the hungry crowd and celebrated judges. The winner of the competition will be crowned Prince or Princess of Porc.

The Cochon 555 will be held at the Fairmont San Francisco. There are two ticket options: VIP admission or general admission. Both ticket levels include endless food and drink options. VIP grants one hour early access to food, drink, and an opportunity to mingle with notable chefs, judges and media. All are invited to the Cochon 55 After Party.
