Danville July 4th Parade

Kick off your 4th of July holiday with the Kiwanis Danville July 4th Parade. The event attracts over 40,000 attendees including local community residents as well as friends and family from areas far beyond Danville.  The 2014 Parade starts at 9:00am and runs from the corner of Hartz Avenue and Railroad Avenue, continues down Hartz and San Ramon Valley Boulevard and ends at the corner of San Ramon Valley Boulevard and Sycamore Valley Road.

Each year, the Kiwanis Club of San Ramon Valley raises funds though parade sponsorships, entry fees and community service projects. To date, over $1,000,000 has been raised and donated to local community service organizations in the San Ramon Valley.
The Kiwanis Club of San Ramon Valley has been the organizer of the parade in Danville since 1975.  The parade current draws 30,000 to 40,000 people, making it the largest single event in the Bay Area.
