The Chinese Railroad Workers of North America Project at Stanford University (CRRW) and the Chinese Historical Society of America Museum (CHSA) are hosting a luncheon and afternoon program celebrating the lives of Chinese railroad workers who played an instrumental part in building the United States' first Transcontinental Railroad.
You are cordially invited to this event which will feature family-friendly activities, presentations of Stanford’s CRRW project research and archaeology, stories from descendants of railroad workers, exhibits by Stanford and CHSA, songs and stories performed by CHSA Artist -in-Residence Charlie Chin.
