The special viewing party will feature tasty bites, refreshments, entertainment and the chance to see the parade from the best possible view. Directly above the parade route, the bridge offers a great view while avoiding the crowded streets below. The Dr. Rolland and Kathryn Lowe Community Bridge connects Portsmouth Square and the Chinese Culture Center.
