For their 6th Annual Scholarship Banquet, NAPIPA is including more than an entertaining dinner. Along with the banquet dinner emceed by NBC Bay Area reporter, Janelle Wang, and journalist, Tim Kawakami, your ticket with include three moderate panel discussions.
The first will feature some of the top API prosecutors from across the country in a moderated panel discussion about how to become a prosecutor and how to move up in prosecution offices. The second will be a fireside chat with California's Judicial Appointment Secretary Justice Martin Jenkins, who will discuss what Governor Newsom is looking for and the importance of diversity on the bench. The third will feature the "Supremes" as in the three API California Supreme Court Justices: Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye, Justice Ming Chin, and Justice Goodwin Liu in a moderated panel discussion about a number of topics.
