The race is on! San Francisco will play host to the 8th annual Giant Race on Sunday, August 27, which will include a 5K, 10K, and half-marathon run along beautiful the San Francisco waterfront. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Project Open Hand.
The race will conclude on the field at AT&T Park, and all finishers will receive a shirt, medal, and Madison Bumgarner bobblehead. Additionally, there will be a kids race event and family relay inside AT&T Park on Saturday, August 26.
The 10K and half-marathon will begin at 7AM, while the 5K will begin at 10:30AM.
