Things are heating up at the Capital Club! Local Chef's of the valley are coming to compete and prove that they are the "Best of the Valley." Each Chef will be given a "mystery basket" of items to create an appetizer, right in front of your eyes, which our esteemed panel of judges will vote on for the title of "Capital Chef."
The Chef's will also provide additional custom appetizers which YOU will vote on for the title of "People's Choice" Who will walk away with the title of Capital Chef & People's Choice? Don't miss this culinary battle royale at our Best of the Valley Charity Classic!
Aritsan cocktails are all the rage and we have some of the best mixologists right here in the Valley, but who is the Capital Mixologist? Five local bartenders will also be competing for the development of a custom Artisan Cocktail, and will be provided a variety of ingredients to use. The top bartender will be awared "Capital Mixologist" and their winning cocktail will have the honor to be featured on the Capital Club cocktail menu.
It will be a day of competition, culinary arts, and custom cocktails all for a good cause!
Event will also feature a silent auction, complimentary wine and beer, cash bar and live entertainment.
