Soy and Tofu Festival has arrived this weekend June 4, 2016 at the Event Center at Saint Mary’s Cathedral. Come cheer on the finalist for this year’s dessert competition where festival goers can even sample creations as an audience judge. At the 6th Annual Soy & Tofu Festival, you can expect fun for the whole family from Tiny Tofu Town to audience participation games like ToFun and Tofu Eating Contests that offers some exciting fun for everyone. Food vendors include Kikkoman, Nakayoshi Young Professionals, San Jose Tofu, SoyJoy, Morinaga, Megumi Natto, Moffle Waffle, Rawsheed Native Fusion and Veggie Tandoor. Food Truck includes Kokio Republic. Come discover the joy of eating soy!
