Bike Rodeo-Safety Workshop needs Volunteers on Sept 24

On Saturday, September 24, 2011, the City of Campbell will be holding a Children’s Bicycle Rodeo as part of our FREE Open House and Concert at the Campbell Community Center. This opportunity involves teaching children the importance of bicycle safety. Part of the City’s on-going efforts to support the National Let's Move Campaign, LMLP is intended to promote healthier lifestyles by providing FREE opportunities for the community to get active and learn about local health and wellness programs. There will be free demonstration classes, workshops and activities for persons of all ages and abilities from noon to 4:00 p.m. The day will end with a concert by the Groove Kings in the football stadium from 4-6 p.m.
