After years of taking care of homeless cats and dogs Alexandra Kay and Adriana Lude started Bay Area Alliance for Animals in 2012. Join their effort to achieve a “No kill,” Bay Area by finding homes for cats and dogs. To help create a healthy environment for local animals and the community to share, visit Bay Area Alliance at NBC Bay Area’s Clear the Shelter’s event on Saturday, July 23rd from 10am-4pm. The community will have the opportunity of adopting animals at a reduced fee rate.
