Hawaii Chamber of Commerce of Northern California (HCCNC) Aloha Gala coming May 31, 2016! This is HCCNC’s signature event honoring individuals who share their talents to improve the community and spread the Spirit of Aloha in Hawaii and beyond. This year’s Five Star Aloha Gala includes many talented chefs who are preparing delicious food stations, enjoy the live Hawaiian music along with complimentary wine and beer! Come experience a fun and festive reception that also serves as a fundraiser to help Hawaii students attend Bay Area colleges.
This year HCCNC will be honoring University of Hawaii’s Women’s Volleyball Coach Dave Shoji, he has been the coach with this program for 41 years while bringing two national championships to Hawaii. His efforts has created a nationally recognized program and helped many obtain their educational goals with many of his players going on to receive All American Honors. On this night, HCCNC will commemorate Coach Shoji as a member of the USA Volleyball Hall of Fame.
