Gratitude and Catitude - A Writing Workshop
Bay Area writer, and frequent volunteer at The Dancing Cat, Malar Ganapathiappan will lead an introspective Mindfulness & Gratitude writing workshop for adults. Participants will have time to reflect and will have opportunities to share and connect with others in addition to exploring how gratitude can contribute to their everyday life. Participants walk away from this workshop with tools to tap into their center and their personal joy.

Whiskets to Tail - A Vet's Perspective on Cat Health
Making medical decisions for your beloved pet can be complicated in a world filled with so many options, approaches, therapies, and modalities. Dr. Hilary Wheeler, of The Whole Pet Vet practice in Los Gatos, will discuss integrating medical science with other therapeutic methods to promote the best health and wellness for your cat. Practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1998, Dr. Wheeler's focus is on improving animal healthcare options with an emphasis on wellness, preventative healthcare, and strengthening the human-animal bond.

A Cat-centric Watercolor Workshop

Purr Yoga
This cat-on-mat event allows 12 people to treat themselves to a 75 minute vinyasa flow at The Dancing Cat. Set your intention and practice focusing your attention surrounded by their kittens. After the yoga session, you are allowed to enjoy some time with the resident cats.
