Not even 17 stitches can stop this California Gurl.

Just hours after performing at Canada's Much Music Awards, the singer "cut her leg open after falling over during an energetic dance session at a Toronto nightclub on Sunday night," according to the UK's Daily Mail. But after getting sutured up, Perry prepped for an appearance on the Canadian TV show "Live @ Much," tweeting: "Don't make fun of my dance moves tomorrow. That's what got me here in the 1st place! Thank's for the souvenir Canada."

Perry hid the wound under a flesh-tone bandage, along with a tan latex dress and Chanel red and white striped peep-toe boots.

She took her scaled back dance routine in stride, also tweeting: "Thinking about getting a candy cane walker made for this performance coming up... I will be expecting YOU to dance for me, okay?"
